Hi, My Name is Emma.
I was born and raised in Culver City, California, a cute town nestled on the west side of Los Angeles. After graduating Culver City High School, I made my way north (just by a few hours) to the University of California, Santa Cruz. I spent three and a half years as a banana slug, where I jumped between English, History and ultimately settled on majoring in Politics.
After exploring journalism for a few years, I migrated towards lifestyle content and found myself at Tastemade! There, I sharpened my writing skills as well as deepened my passion for content creation and storytelling.
Now, I live in Los Angeles and juggle all of my varied interests: creative writing, social consulting, and hobbies like backpacking and dinner parties. Although most nights, you’ll catch me at home with my cat Russell!
